This page contains the Purchase Terms and Conditions of the products that appear on our website www.drbloom.es.
Please read them carefully before making any purchase. Placing an Order implies the acceptance of these Purchase Terms and Conditions. The Online Shop is owned and operated by Dr.Bloom Barcelona S.L, is a company registered under the number B 65936833 and with fiscal address at Plaza Sarrià 14, (08017) Barcelona.
By placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by these terms of purchase and accept them.
Availability of Products
All orders are subject to availability. If there are any difficulties with supply or stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time.
We do not accept any responsibility for the removal or modification of any product or content of the website.
Price and Payment
The price of the products will be that which is stipulated at each moment on our website, except in the case of manifest error. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
Discounts and offers are never cumulative with other promotions.
Way of payment
You can pay with your usual credit card or through the secure payment system "Paypal". The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card at the time you confirm the purchase.
Remember that until you make the payment of the purchase, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the products chosen are not reserved.
In order to give the maximum security to the purchase process, we offer a "secure payment" system managed by "Paypal", which guarantees the direct communication of the customer with the entity when making the payment. In this way nobody can have access to your card details.
Delivery
We will deliver the Products to the shipping address listed on your Order.
We will deliver at the time we have established when you placed your order (and updated in the Order Confirmation Mail). However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date either when you place your Order or in the Order Confirmation Email. The delivery time for Spain peninsula and Portugal usually lasts between 1 and 3 working days from the date you place the Order, but we cannot establish a fixed delivery date.
We will inform you of any delay in sending the Order. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or charges arising from such delay.
Upon delivery of the Order, the recipient's signature may be required. Please check the Product for obvious faults, defects or damage before signing and keep the delivery slip for future reference.
We do not ship to the following destinations: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Gibraltar and Andorra. If this is your case, we will also inform you using the contact details you provide when placing the order and we will proceed to cancel the order or change the delivery address. We only ship to mainland Spain, Portugal and some specific European countries indicated in the shipping section.
You will assume the risks related to the Products of the Order from the moment that the delivery is made, except in case of delay of the shipment due to noncompliance with your obligations. In this case, you will assume the risks at the time of delivery if there had been no such breach. After assuming the risks, we shall not be liable for the loss or destruction of the Products.
Make sure that you do not damage the contents of the package when you open it, especially if you use sharp instruments.
You must make sure that you can receive your Order, without undue delay and at the established time in a reasonable manner.
If you are not available to receive the Order, we will leave you a card with instructions to follow for the reshipment or collection of the package at the courier office.
If delivery or collection is delayed due to unjustified refusal or you do not accept or collect the package from the courier office (within 7 days after the second delivery), we will be obliged to carry out one or both of the following actions (without affecting any other right or resource that is in our hands):
Charge you for storage and any other reasonable costs or expenses that may arise.
Not to allow further shipments or removal of the Product from the courier office and to terminate the applicable Contract immediately. In such a case, we will credit the difference between the amount already paid and the reasonable administrative costs that have arisen including the failed delivery and return of the Order, in addition to the storage costs to your credit or debit card account.
Return and Refund
Please note that we will only process returns and refunds for Product(s) purchased from the Online Store.
If you have purchased Product(s) for your private use as a consumer and wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and return the Product(s), you may do so by calling 93 461 48 65 or notifying oonline.drbloom@gmail.com within 15 days from the date you received the Product(s).
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, except for shipping and return costs, without any undue delay once we have received and evaluated the returned product(s). We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment employed by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.
Warranties and Legal Rights
We give you a legal guarantee in accordance with the laws of Spain.
This warranty policy does not affect, exclude, limit or suspend (and should not be construed as), your rights under the law.
