DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1. Delivery in store:

Free shipping to Dr.Bloom stores. The delivery time will be 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

When the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the expected arrival date at the store indicated.

The collection period is 15 calendar days. If after these 15 days the package is not collected, it will automatically be returned to our warehouses for refund.

 

2. Standard Shipping:

This shipment has a fixed cost of €5 in Spain (Peninsula only). Shipping is FREE on orders over €50. In the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, shipping has a fixed cost of €10.

Delivery time is 2-4 business days. Purchases made before 12 noon will be processed the same day.

When the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor where your order is at all times. We will deliver the package to the address you provided us at the time of purchase.

3. Express Shipping:

This shipment will have a fixed cost of €9.5 in mainland Spain (except the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla).

The delivery time is 24-48 hours on business days. Purchases made before 12 noon will be processed the same day.


When the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can control where the order is at all times. We will deliver the package to the address you provided us at the time of purchase.

PORTUGAL, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, LUXEMBOURG, MONACO, NETHERLANDS, ST.MARINO, VATICAN

The delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. Purchases made before 12 noon will be processed the same day.
