This page contains the conditions of purchase of the products that appear on our website www.drbloom.es.

Please read them carefully before making any purchase. Placing an order implies acceptance of these conditions of purchase. The online store is owned and operated by Dr. Bloom Barcelona S.L., a company registered under number B 65936833 and with registered office at Plaza Sarrià 14, (08017) Barcelona.


By placing an order for Products, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms of Purchase.

 


Product availability

 
All orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply or stock difficulties, we will reimburse you for the amounts you have paid.

 
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time.

 
We accept no responsibility for the removal or modification of any product or content on the website.

 

 
Price and payment

 

The price of the Products will be as stated on our website from time to time, unless there is a manifest error. Although we endeavor to ensure that all prices stated on the Site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts paid will be fully refunded.

 

Discounts and offers can never be combined with other promotions.

 
 
Payment methods

 
You can pay with your usual credit card or through the secure payment system "Paypal". The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card when you confirm the purchase.

 

Remember that until you have made payment for the purchase, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the chosen products are not reserved.

 

In order to ensure maximum security in the purchasing process, we offer a "secure payment" system managed by "Paypal", which guarantees direct communication between the customer and the bank at the time of payment. This way, no one can have access to your card details.

 

Delivery

 
We will deliver the products to the delivery address indicated in your order.

 

We will deliver at the time we provide when you place your order (and updated in the order confirmation email). However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, either at the time of order placement or in the order confirmation email. Delivery time for mainland Spain and Portugal is usually between 1 and 3 working days from the date of your order, but we cannot give a fixed delivery date.

 

We will notify you of any delays in shipping your order. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses resulting from any such delay.

 

Upon delivery of the order, the recipient's signature may be required. Please check the product for obvious defects, defects or damage before signing and keep the delivery receipt for future reference.

 

We do not ship to the following destinations: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Gibraltar and Andorra. If this is your case, we will also inform you using the contact details you provided when ordering and we will cancel the order or change the delivery address. We only ship to mainland Spain, Portugal and some European countries indicated in the shipping section.

 
You assume the risks relating to the Products of the Order upon their delivery, except in the event of delay in shipment due to non-performance of your obligations. In this case, you assume the risks at the time delivery would have been made if there had been no such defect. After the assumption of risks, we are not responsible for the loss or destruction of the products.

 
Be careful not to damage the contents of the package when opening it, especially if you use sharp instruments.

You must ensure that you are able to receive the order without undue delay and within a reasonable time.

If you are not available to receive the order, we will leave you a card with instructions on how to return or collect the package from the courier.

If delivery or collection is delayed due to unreasonable refusal or if you do not accept or collect the package from the courier (within 7 days of the second delivery), we will be obliged to take the one or both of the following measures (without affecting any other rights or remedies available to us):

 

    Charge you for storage costs and any other reasonable costs or expenses we may incur.
    Prohibit any further shipment or collection of the product from the carrier and immediately terminate the applicable contract. In this case, we will credit the difference between the amount already paid and the reasonable administrative costs incurred, including failed delivery and return of the order, plus storage costs, to your credit card account or of debt.

 
Return and refund

Please note that we will only process returns and refunds for products purchased from the online store.

If you have purchased the Product(s) for your private use as a consumer and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract and return the Product(s), you can do so by calling 93 461 48 65 or by notifying online.drbloom@gmail.com within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product(s).

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of shipping and return costs, without undue delay once we have received and evaluated the product(s). ) returned(s). We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

 
Guarantees and legal rights

We grant you a legal guarantee in accordance with Spanish laws.
This warranty policy does not affect, exclude, limit or suspend (and should not be construed as such), your statutory rights.
