Returns
IN-STORE RETURNS
Returns are free in-store, but the refund will be processed once we receive your package at the offices. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the order within a maximum of 15 calendar days, and an informational email will be sent.
UK & SWITZERLAND RETURNS BY POST
1. Please do not send the package on your own, as this may incur additional customs fees or delays.
2. Send an email to online.drbloom@gmail.com to inform us of the items you want to return, and we will provide you with a FedEx return label.
3. Make sure the box is securely closed for shipping.
4. The return will be arranged through a home pickup or drop-off at a FedEx location, using the same carrier as the original shipment.
5. The cost of the return shipping (approximately between €12 and €15) will be deducted from your refund. And that’s it! Once we receive the returned items, we will proceed with the refund.
RETURNS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES BY POST
1. You must notify the return by sending an email to online@drbloom.es.
2. Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging and include the return form. The garments must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and with tags.
Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area on the package and send it to the following address: DrBloom, Calle Ballester 33, local, 08023, Barcelona.
3. When the item arrives at our offices, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the refund.
