UK & SWITZERLAND: CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to tariffs, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country. Dr. Bloom does not cover, set, control, or collect these import taxes or tariffs.

All customs expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is important to distinguish between:

Shipping: the cost of transporting the order from our warehouse to your address.

Tariffs / customs fees: government taxes applied to imports. These charges are independent of the product price and shipping cost, and must be paid by the recipient.

 

UK SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCESS

Once the order is placed, our warehouse will begin preparing it as soon as possible. When the package arrives in the destination country, the carrier may:

  • Deliver the order and later send an invoice for the customs fees to be paid.

  • If the order amount is over $500, the fees will be collected directly at the time of delivery.

Customs delays:
The indicated delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs procedures or inspections are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of contract. These delays do not entitle cancellation of the order, requests for refunds, or claims for compensation.

 

NON-PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS FEES

If the customer decides not to pay the required tariffs or taxes, they must not accept the package.

No refund will be made in cases where the customer refuses to pay the fees and the order is abandoned.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Our logistics center begins processing orders immediately, so changes are not always possible.

If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible at online.drbloom@gmail.com providing your order details. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been placed.

During periods of high order volume, we will not be able to cancel or modify orders.

Dr. Bloom is not responsible for errors in the address, delivery problems, or delays once the package has left our facilities.

The responsibility to provide complete and correct shipping information lies solely with the customer. If the order is delayed, lost, or returned to Dr. Bloom due to incorrect or incomplete information, no refund will be made until the package is received and processed, and original shipping costs and return or handling fees may be deducted.
