IN STORE EXCHANGES
You can exchange an item purchased in our online store at any of our physical stores.
The deadline for exchanges is 15 regular days from the date of delivery of your order.
In December returns and exchanges are extended until January 10.
RETURNS

You must report the return by sending an email to online.drbloom@gmail.com.
We will only accept those items in perfect condition, with their corresponding purchase receipt and in their original packaging.
IN STORE RETURNS
Returns are free in store, but the refund will be made once we receive your package at our offices. The amount will be credited in the same form of payment in which the order was placed within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and an informative email will be sent.
RETURNS BY MAIL
1. You must inform us about the return by sending an email to online@drbloom.es.
2. Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging and attach the return form. The garments must be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn and with a label.
Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of the package and send it to the following address: DrBloom, Calle Ballester 33, local, 08023, Barcelona.
3. When the item arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the refund. The amount will be credited in the same payment method in which the order was placed within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and an informative email will be sent.
ALL RETURNS BY MAIL ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
